MEET THE COACHES

BACKGROUND

I was born in San Diego, CA and grew up in Iowa. I moved here to Pensacola two weeks after graduating high school and have been here ever since. I started working in construction and liked building stuff for my son, which eventually led to building NL.

EDUCATION

I got my degree in Architectual Design and Graphing, but decided I ultimately wanted to do something different with my life.

ATHLETICS

I used to race moto-cross for quite some time. My passion for racing led to an injury that ultimately ended my moto-cross career. After my moto-cross dream ended, I began training my son in Ninja, and started participating in competitions with him as well. 

COACHING

I started out coaching my son in our backyard. His passion and drive for Ninja made me realize that I wanted to provide that for other children as well. After he competed on the first season of American Ninja Warrior Junior, we brought the dream of Ninja Life to fruition here in Pensacola!

BACKGROUND

I was born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago, IL and I relocated to Gulf Shores, AL, two years ago, where I currently live. I enjoy watching Professional and National Soccer Teams and collecting trading cards for the players and teams that I like.

EDUCATION

I have a bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement & Justice Administration, and minored in Forensic Psychology.  I used that for 7 years in the law enforcement field as a Loss Prevention Agent & Manager, and then became a Police Services Clerk.

ATHLETICS 

I started by testing all of the sports as a kid trying little league, softball, and soccer. I tried competitive cheer and dance for a little while, and then broke my foot. I then competed on the Varsity Bowling Team throughout all of High School. I closed by playing Ultimate Frisbee in college.

COACHING

I coached my younger brother's soccer team for 7 years. Then, I became an Athletic Specialist coaching Summer Camp in Wisconsin. I have now been a Ninja Coach for 2 years. Seeing the excitement on our kids' faces when they achieve something for themselves drives me to be the best coach I can be. 

BACKGROUND

I was born in Florida and started moving around the World as a missionary with my family when I was 5. I have lived in Costa Rica, Guatemala, England, and the Czech Republic. I now permanently live back in Florida.

EDUCATION

I am currently working towards completing my degree in Criminal Justice. I just finished my first year at Pensacola State College and look forward to another year!

ATHLETICS

I have participated in many different sports with many different teams. I have played baseball, soccer, football, basketball, and volleyball. I have also done some trampolining, gymnastics, and parkour. I have a passion for anything athletic and for being competitive. I also love to help others perfect their craft in their sport of choice as well.

COACHING

In the past, I have been a Summer Camp Counselor for boys, and a Games Master for an English Camp. I have a passion for kids and love helping them reach their full potential in whatever they try.
